Hello!
Welcome! The fact that you have made your way here is HUGE! It means that you have taken the first step to seeking the help you, your child, or your family needs. Finding your way to a healthy, happy you is a journey that takes one step at a time.
My name is Katie Fischer and I am the owner of Stay & Play Counseling, LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, and Nationally Certified Counselor who is passionate about helping families. This can look like helping an individual in the family, the grown ups of the family, or even the group as a whole.
I work with children (as young as 3 years old), teens, and adults for issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, school-related struggles, death and loss, divorce, peer/sibling conflict, and anger management. I specialize in walking with women through fertility and adoption journeys and with parents whose children are struggling with behavioral and mental health struggles.
